Cons
I wanted to give the new CEO and leadership team a fair chance. I get that they want to make the company more focused, but it seems like their main goal is to move quickly and make decisions just to boost profits, even if those choices aren't well thought out. The current workload is too much, and there's no sign it will slow down. I've seen co-workers feel like they have to bring their laptops and stay available during PTO, even though that time should be protected. That's not right, and it needs to be addressed. The culture also feels dominated by people who act tough and loud, as if that matters more than good judgment. At this point, I have little faith in leadership. But I'm holding on to what hope I have left, which is why this isn't a one-star review.
