Pros

All depends on assigned client. From bitwise you only get salary and mediclaim for yourself and some trainings.

Cons

Layoffs are happening every now and then buy they give time before layoff. Like when your projects gets completed or client going through the cost cuts. If they release you then bitwise have a hard time assigning you tk new project.

Was my first company. 1. Company culture being nice. all colleagues suffer, so they have a very strong bonding among them. 2. Work from home(permanent), which is a con for long term as well.

Cons

1. Array of working hours. Extended work hours. 2. Limited number of clients, which means more layoffs.

Pros

No pros as such but have a look on some below 1. you will get to work on the latest technologies such as APIGEE tool, react and Java 11 2. you have scope to become pro on GCP 3. you will learn work in pressure

Cons

1. long working hours i.e. almost daily 10 to 11 hrs. even there may be a situation in which you have to spend the whole night in the company 2. most of the time they ask for work on weekends 3. no work-life balance 4. pressure from upper management 5. layoffs 6. if you are married then think wise before joining the company
