Immense, Immense, immense bias against outsiders who come in. Feedbacks are not appreciated. Your smallest of smallest mistake will be 'escalated' to manager, and you will be pressurised not to make mistake again, or you will be fired. After working 12 hours a day, NO APPRECIATION. Extreme pressure, immense micro management

Nothing as such. Hire and fire is sole pricipal of bitwise.

Joined on April 2026 for a project opportunity but unfortunately due to project change in project plan RMG put me on bench and Post that they terminated me directly. Below are cons of bitwise(lala company) 1) They will promise you to give 2 interview opportunities for project but they won't if you are probation. (Probation resources= easy target) 2) PMs are highly baised( they promotes their favourite employee even though skills are not matching) 3 RMG are highly unprofessional 4 They won't inform you when will your bench period quota completed. You will get an email from RMG regarding your termination. 5 90% of there projects are of 2 to 3 months only. 6 they won't give you more then 24hr of time after accepting offers. 7 if your pkg is above 15lpa, in 99% of case they won't provide you a single oppertunity for project interview 8 it's a lala type company please do not join

One of the biggest strengths of the company is its work-life balance and the fact that management genuinely listens to employee feedback. When concerns about burnout were raised, leadership didn't just acknowledge them—they revisited organizational policies and made meaningful changes. It's refreshing to work somewhere that follows through on employee feedback instead of treating it as a checkbox exercise. More recently, the company has also made a significant investment in employee upskilling by rolling out a wide range of training programs, which has been a welcome improvement.
Cons
There aren't any major downsides that stand out from my experience. The company has made noticeable improvements in areas like employee development, and it's encouraging to see continued investment in learning opportunities.

no strategy, Hire and fire mindset most of the project are in BAU mode not having experience apart of data. Old management working in Bitwise 25 years + they don't have knowledge of outside of bitwise
