Career stagnation and poor pay structure post-COVID

Pros

No Promotion. Only Promotion in Seniors like manager can become senior manager but not at lower level. No appraisal..No Ownership..worst Variable pay policy and working hours minimum 10. No money only work. If you want to ruin your career let’s join Bitwise. Nothing on time Appraisal discussion nothing but your work should be done before time.

Cons

Nothing all worst now. Before covid everything was good appraisal salary structure with no variable pay..now it’s just like normal MNCs work more with 0 percent appraisal.

Bitwise is a culture rich organization and recently Data and AI Practice introduced has created some great opportunities for all employees. Our go to market approach recently explained by our Chief Revenue officer at our Townhall was promising. I thoroughly enjoyed the Bitwise 30th Anniversary celebrations happened recently. Great place to work indeed
