Pros

Good benefits, great coworkers. good location. I enjoyed working with my customers. If not for upper management at the time, it could have been a great place to work.

Cons

management at time (previous mangement) was not competent to lead. management has changed since.

Pros

Nice coworkers, Tulsa is a nice place to live. It's close to Kansas and Missouri so I can visit relatives often.

Cons

Could be a great place to work. New organization has the fox watching the henhouse. They keep firing managment but nothing is changing. Maybe they'll figure out that it's the guys that are still here that can't make it happen. Management culture is Theory X. The German guys from mother Lufthansia are incompetent. I worry every day about the FAA putting the company out of business. I'll die if I have to sit through the sexual harassment training again. Leader of the class tells "personal stories" and doesn't realize that nobody believes her.
