There are some good people there to work with and care about the company

Cons

Lufthansa management team in completions are not capable of meeting their project milestones and consistently miss their financial targets and are not accountable. Very disappointing. Some of the senior management are do not have formal college education, degrees from accredited Universities, and their in ability to demonstrate a business acumen is the root cause of their failure.
