I have worked in the tech sector for close to 20 years, and I have never worked for a company that has such dedication to a team environment and personal growth. I have also never seen more satisfied customers in any software I've worked with professionally or personally. This is a result of hard work and dedication on behalf of a team of people who believe firmly in what they do, and the leadership that drives the company. Also, I haven't seen a benefits package that could parallel the one we have here. It is incredibly good! One very noteworthy aspect that has to be said is that management seeks the input of the staff, and not in a superficial way. Our ideas are implemented which makes us feel very much a part of the growth and culture of the company.

Feedback is welcome - and actually used! Peers, Managers and Sr. Managers frequently ask for feedback and it's great to see it actually be considered and used. Culture - It is important to the Executive Team that the employees are happy and they consistently ask for feedback to make sure this is the case. Everyone has a positive attitude and everyone is more than willing to step in and help when needed. The Product - Customers LOVE what BizNet has to offer. This makes it easy to sell the product and to provide good customer service and support as well. If a customer does have an issue, our support team works incredibly hard to resolve it. Goal Setting - I've never seen a company as focused on goals as BizNet. Priorities are tracked by employee and reviewed every week. When a job is done well, praise is given. When a target is missed, everyone asks what they can do to help meet that target the following week. Tools and Resources - Management is continuously reviewing the tools and resources we use and considering whether there may be better tools that we could use. Would I recommend this company to a friend? Yes, and I have!
