Company has been bought out, but the culture and people are amazing.

Cons

Since it was a small company, there have been times when there are too many cooks in the kitchen.

They are close to my house.

Cons

Well I would like to say this is a professional environment.... But it is not. There is a lot of finger pointing and zero training. Can't wait to find a new job. Also numerous ppl have been promised the world only to be shown the door. I believe this is due to poor management, how else do you explain the revolving door this place has?
