Pros

The management team really cares about it's employees. You are not just a number. They understand their biggest asset it their people. I have worked at several fortune 500 companies and BizNet is by far the best working environment I have ever worked at. Work schedules are flexible and workdays are fun. My co-workers and the management team are amazing people and it's a privilege to work with them. If you need or want training they will work with you. They understand you have a life outside of BizNet and they encourage work/life balance. Benefits are great and the management team walks the talk. Overall, my experience at BizNet has been 5 star!

Cons

Growing pains but that is nothing out of the norm is to be expected.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, casual with high expectations. Our customer base is growing fast so there's a lot of work to be done, but management does a good job of making it a fun environment. You have to be sharp to work here and keep up. Not sure what the negative comment was about, I feel quite a bit differently. I have seen a few folks not make the cut who didn't stick around. I thought the company was pretty generous in how they handled those from what I heard.

Cons

It's a cubicle environment and I personally like the open space feel, but some of the more technical guys like to wear headphones from the noise. We just moved to a larger space so it's a lot better. It's a high tech fast moving place, which I love. But if you like something heavily structured,, it's probably not the place for you.
