Pros

I can't say enough about the company culture! It's by far the best group of people I've had a chance to work alongside. The product is the cherry on top and every day you are reassured that you're making a difference.

Cons

Compensation and Perks are competitive though not leading.

Pros

Tremendous opportunity, responsibility, start-uppiness, and probably the most enjoyable group of co-workers turned friends I've ever had the privilege to spend my weeks with. Also, a market leading non B.S. product that actually makes a difference.

Cons

Competitive perks and comp, though not leading.

-The culture is unmatched -The people here all care about each other professionally and personally -The product is awesome and is far and away the best in the space

-It is still a start up with things changing constantly so it can be difficult to always adapt
