- Lots of room to be creative and make a big impact. - While you're able to own your function, the team works collaboratively, and you'll always have people available to contribute and help you execute. - The people are amazing! Fun, supportive, brilliant! - Focus on work/life balance and constant reinforcement of non-working hours. There's no expectation that you have to be responsive on days off (people will actually get mad if you do!).

Cons

- Working in tech is not for the faint of heart. We have big goals and long to-do lists. You have to be the type of person who is motivated and driven to thrive here.
