Bizzabo has a great, genuine startup environment. Everyone here is extremely friendly, fun, intelligent, and eager to grow in their careers. Working at a small but growing startup has its serious advantages- you have a lot of responsibility, you can clearly see the impact your work has, and you have more opportunities as you grow with the team. I originally started out in a position that was more editorial and content-based and have grown into a position where I manage our department's budget and determine our strategy for the coming quarters. You will face new challenges on a daily basis and that will give you more experience and expand your skillset more than you would at most other companies.

Bizzabo has provided me with a great deal of autonomy. They trust employees with a lot of responsibility, and in return, employees (we call ourselves Bizzaboers) are expected to make a real impact. Management often discusses the importance of prioritization, collaboration, and getting stuff done. It's exciting because each day it feels like all of our work is really helping to drive our business forward. When I started, two years ago, we were four people in a small office in SoHo. Today, we've grown 5x and will continue to grow more and more in the coming months. Our growth is a direct result of the hard work we have all put in, and it is very gratifying to see that work pay off in a big way.
