The co-founders and some of the extended leadership at this company are completely incompetent. They should be ashamed to even show their faces to the remaining employees and the tech industry as a whole. They are a complete joke. It is shocking how fast they drove this company into the ground. There is no one left to support customers. The entire department is essentially gone, how is that even possible? They have never prioritized this area of the business even though they claim to have customer centered organization. Everything they do is about optics, none of it is real. Even right now they are boasting online that they are leader in the Forrester Wave. In reality, they’ve dropped spots over the years and lost the number one and two rankings to the true powerhouses (Cvent and RainFocus) and are barely hanging on. Optics > Reality The product is broken at its core and one of the reasons the company fell apart in addition to unbelievably poor leadership choices. They are extremely slow by industry standards to introduce any new and relevant features. It goes without saying that if you’re looking to join this company, run don’t walk away. That goes for remaining employees as well. It’s a sinking ship.
