      Worst project management ever!

      Pros

      If you are in desperate need of work and have no other options and don't mind low pay and working for horrible project managers with absolutely no morals, then Black Box Winston-Salem is the place for you!

      Cons

      There is absolutely no one in the office that knows how to manage a project properly. Customers are fleeing because of the total incompetence of the office. They have just lost two of their biggest local customers.

      What a Joke!!!!!!!!!! If you enjoy being a number you are in luck! They have an excellent number plan you never get over being a zero. So the best reasons are these....Met some great Customers. They will be truly missed.

      Cons

      Where to start. Lies,Lies and more Lies. No raises, Don't know who is running the office from one day to the next. Techs can't even get shirts to work in. Hello?? You want us to wear your logo and stand proud, but yet you horde shirts like they are of The Golden Fleece? Management playing the blame game to make themselves look good. What does Management do just go to lunch and eat? Upper Management winning trips and awards while the workers get nothing. Not even a Thank You! What a Joke!

      Pros

      Good benefits, good place to learn how to work with subcontractors.

      Cons

      Blackbox does not honor their contract terms for the subcontractors, there are AV Managers and PMs that have never worked in the AV industry. Being the 5th or 6th PM on a project is challenging to understand what steps are next. Moving PMs every time there is an issue instead of addressing the issues. Finger pointing by mid managers who have control to make the changes but chose not to. Layoffs happen 2 times a year here, they are trying to grow the business at the India headquarters not in the US. Not a transparent or honest company.
