Pros

Co workers are easy to work with friendly. No one (other than many of the managers) thinks they're better than anyone else there.

Cons

Was told that it wasn't company policy to offer merit raise increases, even for cost of living adjustments. Lots of office politics, cronyism, nepotism and favoritism within operations.

Great technology, a lot to learn

Cons

If you don't work in Pittsburgh, you don't count! Especially in any of the support roles like AP, AR, Purchasing, IT etc. If you are still in your position outside of the corporate office, you wont be for long or you're not appreciated.
