Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with, most people you interact with are very friendly. Flexible if you absolutely need it. Can take a half day and make up hours for doctor's appointments and such.
Cons
Chaos. Not quite sure if any of the managers really know what to do and how to plan things. It shows in every department. Because of this there is a ton of work and people are spread thin everywhere. Focus changes almost weekly it seems. And don't expect to be compensated when a coworker quits and the work spreads to everyone else. They are very stingy with compensation, even cost of living increases.
