      Pros

      Challenging work environment where you can be part of a team desiring to transform the Company. A place where you can get involved in a lot of different projects that you may not have available to you in other organizations because there is a need for high energy, creative, and motivated professionals. Truly the nicest group of people I have ever worked with. It's a great work environment, where it doesn't matter if you have been with the company 5 months or 5 years, you are valued the same.

      Cons

      It's not a Company for everyone. If you are looking for a position where there is a predictable day from 9-5, this probably isn't the place for you.
