      Pros

      good people to work with and they do care about you and the job

      Cons

      it doesn't matter how good you are, we get no raises. you can work countless hours of ot and get perfect scores on review (which are a joke) and you get nothing for it... so sad and it doesn't encourage employees to stick around. And no differential pay for any shift

      I agree that we have great people on our team and they truly care about their team members and our clients. As of this year we now have a merit planning process in place to reward strong performers in the organization. Our leaders are very focused on making improvements in the workplace based on the feedback on the recent engagement survey that was conducted in February 2017. David M.       I agree with you that Black Box is a great place to work as long as you stay on top of your responsibilities. It is a challenging environment that is not for everyone. We need team members that are dedicated to serving our clients and exceeding expectations. Over the past two years Black Box has been going through an evolution as we bring together over 100 acquisitions to drive the One Black Box focus. We have now built a strong organization focused on making Black Box the trusted digital partner.
