      Pros

      Full time hours Job security Coworkers are easy to get along with for the most part Laid back atmosphere

      Cons

      No raises for anyone that is not an executive with the company. People that put in the bare minimum effort are rewarded the same as those that put in effort that goes above and beyond. No room for advancement (pretty much a dead end job at this point). Management is out of touch and treat employees as disposable assets.

      I would not agree with the comment about it being a "laid back atmosphere." I would state that it is a very performance driven environment focused on achieving results. We now have a consistent merit planning process in place that had not been in place in years past that is focused on rewarding top performers. Now that we have integrated all 100 acquisitions that made up Black Box there are plenty of opportunities for team members who want to move up in the organization. Our Performance Management Cycle is now in place to make sure we give feedback, reward top performers and improve or move out team members who are not making a contribution. David M.       Good co-workers, wide product offering, recognized brand?

      Management doesn't know where they're headed. Restructured after losing most of the upper sales force do to internal politic and lack of promotion, bumped people up I was brought on to fill lower roll let go 2 months in as the restructured again

      Pros

      In the early years there were several. The last 5 or so there were none because of very poor upper management with no regard for employees.

      Cons

      No salary increases. Increased work load with no help. Poor management. Major stress. No appreciation for employees.
