      Pros

      Nice people, under appreciated blue collar workers, nice products to learn

      Cons

      Too many managers who have no idea what people do. Buddy system is destroying the company. Too much management who has been there forever that are comfy and complacent and could care less about the blue collar workers who make the company run. People who manage multiple depts and make big bucks should at least know your name not to mention what jobs and roles the employees perform.

      It's a pay check, nothing more.

      Cons

      Low pay, no raises, no direction from upper management, they stand in their own way of being successful. Their business model inhibits them from being successful, not promotes it. Their focus has become following policies and procedures, not customer service and making a profit. They are a bloated organization where the support staff is more important than the actual field personnel that generate revenue. Stay away from this company, far far away.
