Pros

Not one that I can think of management is non existent if your lazy this is the company for you no one cares.

Cons

More then 8 years at BB and many undelivered promises company has gone from bad to how are they still in the telecom business. They have successfully managed to push anyone with talent out the door and kept all the losers expecially in operations.

Pay is below scale. Very little, if any opportunity for growth. No annual reviews or salary increases. Poor communication. Ineffective leadership. Company is too focused on getting bigger faster.

Pros

The benefits are ok. Decent medical insurance. You get 15 days of PTO if you've worked there 5 years or less.

Cons

The company have yearly mandatory meetings about the millions of dollars they are making and have not given anyone raises or bonuses in years. Overtime is limited.
