Opportunity to work with a team that is close-knit; work with many technologies, opportunities both customer-facing and/or internal only, gain "global" experience by working with employees all over the world and learn different cultures, good benefits, be part of a company that develops products from essentially the ground floor.

Cons

U.S based employee loyalty has fallen greatly since the company went private (bought by another company). Jobs are routinely moved overseas for cost-cutting benefits. Company's direction has become less known to employees and possibly even by executives.
