Since the company is restructuring more India based, i don’t have a positive

They will lay you off regardless of talent. Since they’ve moved a different direction of hiring more offshore employees from India, they’re all about numbers and will cut positions even though they’re highly talented. Looking at their stocks should tell you something, this company is going downhill.
