Black Box has been around for years.

Cons

They are changing the structure of the business without enough thought or training . I am seeing costumer service is being compromised. The company has been losing money over several years.

Assistance with school, reasonably healthcare, 17 vacation days to start plus 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays (basically extra vacation days).

Cons

Vacation does not roll over

Thank you for your feedback. I would agree with your feedback on our benefit programs. We are constantly evaluating our programs to ensure they are competitive and attract and retain strong talent. We want Black Box to be a place where team members can, and do, build long careers. We are evaluating the vacation/PTO policy annually to see if we can make some changes. I also agree with your advise. We do have to consider client holiday schedules to align with team member work assignments. Please let me know which customer site had a conflict. Thanks, David M.
