free lunch, they will be exposed for their treatment of employees and customers

Cons

sales have dropped 25% over the last 5 years so they promote one of the board members to CEO and the management responsible for decreased sales gets to laugh in the hard working employees faces. How despicable.

Working employees are cooperative and willing to do what has to be done to get the job done

Cons

No resources, no support, awful senior management has no understanding of modern management styles and seem to lack any understanding of business. Outdated product, nothing special about it. HR issues are consistently ignored by HR and protecting repeat violators. Despite CEO raking in a huge salary and bonus he has demonstrated no ability to understand business, technology or people. Sr VP level share utter incompetence. Company is tanking and yet they keep their jobs. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.
