      Great people with a great environment

      Cons

      You won't have the tools to be successful. The sales process is the most stressful part of the job. Black Box isn't set up to be a sales organization. Operational procedure and processes get in the way of a lot of sales here

      Pros

      I enjoyed everyone I worked with at every level and they helped me grow in industry knowledge. The training was decent, but to hop on a client call with an expert was never a problem. They really helped drive the process.

      Cons

      Getting quotes out the door was very difficult. BBX did not have enough techs and they kept leaving. Which translated into new logos being almost non-existent. IT was a very big reason I left. Of course they catered to those who brought in the dollars already tied to only certain sellers.
