There are none at all!

Cons

Black Creek management and owners do not care about their employees. They have horrendous management skills and do not know how to provide feedback to their employees. Management style is ruling with an iron fist ..a very "do what I say or leave" mentality. This was one of the worst jobs I have ever had and maybe the only pro from suffering here is I left with a good line on my resume.

Good Company for Programmers

Pros

We use the latest languages. The pay is pretty good with great benefits. Overtime is minimal. Everyone works as a team and is helpful.

Cons

There is no optical insurance, which is strange because we spend a lot of time in front of computer screens. But the health and dental are really good.
