Pros

There are really no pros to working at black creek at all. One of the worst jobs I've ever had.

Cons

I worked at black creek a few years and got to know many of my co workers. They were all great people but it was apparent that stress was rampant. Most people were in a bad mood most of the time. The owner of the company is a terrible manager of people and doesn't know how to give feedback in a professional manner. I was often berated for very insignificant things. With the tide turning in the job market, there are hundreds of much better companies to work for that will treat you with dignity and respect, and allow you to work remotely. I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless you are a workaholic and enjoy toxic management.

Pros

There are a number of technologies and pieces of hardware that you wouldn't normally work with.

Cons

Management has no clue how to treat you like a person. I've never been treated so poorly. especially when personal matters arise, I was talked to condescendingly for needing to take time off ( which I earned) to deal with life. The technology is also ancient, pretty sure they were forced out of using flash, yes, Flash, because browsers finally stopped supporting it. The announcements for that was made long ago and they chose to not adjust with the times. we also stayed on .net framework 2.0 for the LONGEST time. no explanation for that one. Really, in the end, management is the problem.

Pay is somewhat decent (one more word needed)

Cons

To many to list. Drag their feet with customers, but will write you up if you are 1 min late on a project. Tell you one thing, then do another. Pee on your leg while shaking your hand - this is basically it - if you get hired on -yo will see
