Pros

Getting to work with a broad spectrum of people, technology and industry leaders. Great medical, steady work hours, constantly updating of computer tech, and the ability to expand your knowledge over all.

Cons

Working with whiners who can not handle the dead lines, their own work ethic and the excuses they put up on random sites when they can not handle it.

- Leadership has a clear vision and plan for execution - Great people who are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to deliver - Robust customer base with great industry leading products

Cons

- Technology is currently legacy, but we will be rapidly moving to modern tech stack embracing an agentic sdlc process, with a focus on secure, modern architecture which is cloud first
