Pros

BD has an amazing culture only due to the fellow employees. It is fun to work there, and you will meet great people. Since talent is hard to find at the pay they offer, you will have good opportunities to develop your skills and potentially to move around departments.

Cons

Pay is terrible, even for the outdoor industry. Management uses the term "family" to describe employees which is toxic and misleading.
