Pros

The idea of working there is great, lots of skiing and people to get outside with, Metcalf is an amazing person and very easy to talk to, plenty of gear to try and people to try it with, dawn patrols, after work climb sessions- work environment is relaxed

Cons

Management is severely lacking, pay is subpar even for an outdoor company, not a place to move up and grow, don't expect to be challenged or given long term goals, management doesn't know what they are doing tomorrow better yet in a year or two down the road- DON'T expect to be part of a team, it's every man / women for themselves, watch your back (unless you have a good manager) - health insurance is minimal, people that work there are lifers, try to be part of the clique because if you aren't - good luck
