Pros

The people here are great and very talented at what they do. Busy place these days and always something to do, its not boring thats for sure. Dawn Patrols before work and a pretty lenient schedule (however it is getting more strict lately).

Cons

Upper management can be hit or miss at times. For the most part everyone is nice and helpful towards each other. Quite a divide between certain departments. Young company with young people, everyone needs to learn to work as a team.

The brand image, product, and customer base does not lend itself to being appropriately managed as a publicly traded company.
