nothing if you have experience you can get better opportunities out there , good for someone with 1 year of experience and having only knowledge of web based VAPT.
Cons
The salary offered is below market standards for a competent consultant. They no longer provide the perks that were available when the company was part of Synopsys, such as significant salary hikes or interest-free loans. Despite putting in your best efforts, the annual hike is minimal. Internal politics tend to outweigh individual performance—only those who are in a position to negotiate receive appraisals, and even those are often not satisfactory.
