      Strong potential not without its growing pains

      Pros

      New CRO brings a culture of solid work ethic, togetherness, tackling issues head-on, and competitiveness. Advent of AI is really a sweet spot for this industry and company - existing to see how the market adopts to it.

      Cons

      Lots of roadmap promises - expected to create sale results with features not yet available. Continual issues with payroll mistakes, and confusion around comp plan YoY changes. Some leaders still haven't committed to a partner first selling motion.

      Pros

      Remote / hybrid schedule. Great benefits package and pay.

      Cons

      Long days and constantly feel "ON" because of the ability to ping someone during any hour of the day due to time zone differences. No real sense of culture. I think this company will struggle with this in the coming years. Employees don't feel valued or recognized for their work but continue to ignore it by lay offs and re hiring.
