This is one company that thinks very little of it's employees.

Pros

If you are good working independently, then this company is for you.

Cons

There is no loyalty to the employee, as the only way to move up is if you crawl over someone to get there. so in other words if you are productive, and loyal, and dependable that is not always viewed as such a great employee. It took me 20+ years to figure out it was always a numbers game and family and loyalty never counted for anything.

Pros

Clear responsibilities and nice environment to develop software. Your work will be defined and changed every 3 weeks because they apply a 3-4 week Agile system. You have a private space and good equipment with access to on-line training, manuals, etc

Cons

Company in constant change. People come and go, lot of rotation. New management with new ideas in conflict with old managers. Maybe by now is better because by time I was there, the Sr. managers were new and there were lot of conflicts with team managers

Large industry leader in real estate data analytic and software. Holds a majority of the market share and competitors are relatively weak in comparison.

Cons

After merging Lender Processing Services the small task force and dynamic feel were gone. More rigid job functions and some of the entrepreneurial spirit was lost. Company name is also a bit nebulous, could have been much better.
