Lack of employee appreciation and bonuses. Employees who just talk and do nothing gets appreciated and promoted. Backing up obsolete technology and product.

There are some great people who work at BKFS, but they are not empowered to make much of a difference.

Cons

A majority of those that work for BKFS have no intentions of going anywhere else, or working hard. This means that about 10% of the people do 90% of the work. Pay is all over the board for many employees in the same role.
