You will get lot of work to do

There are 15 annual leaves, 3 sick leaves and 3 casual leaves in India offices. Never seen any company doing this. They will make nonsense policies like no smart phones, dress code compliance, no flexibility of work, no work from home, not proper compensation as per experience level ... The list is very long.
