      Pros

      Decent pay Food is good Rewards service first mindsets

      Cons

      Long hours Late nights 1-2am Early mornings 5:15am Nepotism is rampant Hourly staff are micromanaged from district level resulting in animosity between managers. Work life balance is non-existent. Management has "tough-love" outlook. You have to run everything yourself often. Stressful work when considered with other management jobs paying the same for 1/3rd the work.

      A small amount of the food is actually good

      Cons

      -no breaks whatsoever -terrible management, went though 10 managers in 2 years. Managers also hired members of their own family who were criminals. -no raises or decent pay (dependent on goodwill of customers tipping)

      Good money if you get cashier or bar shifts.

      Poor teamwork, awful management, poor benefits, horrible attitudes all around.
