      Fair pay, great food and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lots of employee turnover, including managers. Little to no recognition of employee misconduct or mistreatment.

      Pros

      Promotions from within before seeking outsiders. Constant focus on improving training, both Manager and partner. Open to communication for improvement. Not afraid to pitch in and get tasks completed. Open door policy. Structure focused.

      Cons

      Long hours, hard work, turn over rate (mostly because it's still restaurant work and most kids don't think they want to be there for a career). Inconsiderate, entitled kids that quit/call out without notice, (don't consider the affect on other partners first) mostly because location is super rich areas with a lot of kids that don't actually need to support themselves in any way.
