Pros

Hours are great, people are nice, $ per effort is ok, benefits could be considered as good for some people - for married people, maternal paternal leaves are great

Cons

No good perks like tech firm, chill but upside is limited, too much bureaucracy, top heavy

Pros

Pretty good work life balance support. Opportunities for lateral moves (across different positions, regions and departments). Decent benefits and compensation.

Cons

Too much office politics which stifles collaboration and drives employees to focus more on personal recognition. Frequent org changes. Teams seem disconnected and disorganized.
