      Some autonomy within individual teams

      Cons

      Seemingly, corporate goals are more driven by sales goals and gobbling up competitors rather than on the long term plan of being able to properly staff the business increases. Would like to see more employee support for increased work loads.

      The culture, vacation time and the people.

      Cons

      It took awhile to receive the pay that I have, because I was hired right out of college. They hire college grads so they can pay them less and still keep those hires on a lower scale than those hired mid career as they progress.

      Many opportunities for advancement, if you get in the good graces of the right people. Don't make a mistake b/c it will not be forgotten.

      Cons

      Blackbaud has made some internal organzational changes in the last few years that make it a difficult place to work because the employees are having to battle with each other for resources.
