Pros

Lots of good "free" food and coffee. Ping pong table. A very large TV.

Cons

Why free food? Because that way you do not have to leave the building. Lots of hanky panky. More drama than a junior high school play. It's great if you can keep above water but once you are in the cross hairs be warned your time is short.

Pros

the early years were great with excellent benefits and a great work environment. The employees were very professional and good at what they do.

Cons

Since the purchase of Blackbird by Raytheon morale has decreased and management at the local office is poor and not a great place to work unless your buddies with the DPM.

Pros

Dynamic and team oriented coworkers. Local management is outstanding. Always treats workers as teammates. Corporate level personnel are very pro-employee. Best company that I have worked. Family/ Team work environment across the levels. Pay is outstanding. Benefits for "part-time" workers (those that deploy overseas) is none. Except for a generous 401K plan.

Cons

Owner/CEO sold company to Raytheon. Raytheon purchased the company, local level and former Blackbird personnel continue to uphold family environment. However, Raytheon is a corporate monster. Services are are good, but the intimacy is lost. Everything done via email or automation. We are now just numbers (beyond local).
