On a daily basis, I am required to find ways to avoid giving consumers access to the money they deposited on prepaid cards. My excuses are: 1. The consumer has no receipt for the funds placed on a "gift card" given to them; 2. The consumer does not have 20 forms of address verification; 3. A monthly fee is taken for "inactivity" even though our network blocked the card and they cannot perform activities.

The Senior Leadership team has great vision and the recent acquisition holds great promise. Work life balance is incredible.

Cons

Middle management leaves much to be desired. There is very little room for growth and seemingly high turnover and burnout. The pay is very well below industry standard.
