Awful management, set goals that literally 0 people in the company hit and micromanage against it, managers don't know their product, it's genuinely awful. In 6 years, no internal promotions for any team members in our product-line despite company executive leadership continually celebrating new revenue milestones

nice environment, good colleagues, good strategy at the top of the business

Cons

bad pay, reduced wages during covid by 25% and made redundancies despite doing quite well financially during covid as a provider of school meal vouchers

Hybrid working culture, work events, the employees doing the work, work-life balance

Cons

When i started working for BHN it was a nice place to work but over the years the targets increased double digits percentages every year but they never hired additional people to support these ambitions, on top of that they had multiple hiring freezes so you coudn`t even replace the existing people. So all the teams where stretched and everyone started to defend their little island as they coudn`t handle the workload that was asked from them. On top of that salary increases where basically non-existing so all the people that actually did the work started to leave.
