      Pros

      I work with some of the best coworkers I have ever met. They are smart, dedicated, nice, and a joy to work with! The management just above us stays off our backs and lets us work, and they push back on the upper management as best they can when things get too unreasonable, however....

      Cons

      Outside of our office, its a different story for the company: lots of backstabbing, political power grabs, and "not my problem" attitudes. The company works us hard (10 hour+ days is the norm), pay is low for the area, and things keep adding up on our plates because we are the all-star team that always gets thing done on time and under budget.
