      There is a disconnect between management and the workers. There is also more managers that workers.

      Pros

      Good work/ life balance. Flexible work schedule. Great team members. Good location. Generous vacation and holiday time. Good experience but don't stay too long.

      Cons

      Excessive workload. No logic to employee level hierarchy (job titles selected seemingly at random). Low pay. Company will hire from outside to fill upper level positions, then have lower level positions train them. Managers are spread very thin, have no idea what the employees are even working on - which means nobody to go to for guidance. No growth potential. Not a career.
