      Pros

      Strong financial backing and there is little or No debt. Their product concept is good but that is really all about it

      Cons

      Strong financial backing doesn't mean a thing if the organization lacks integrity. They consistently say one thing (making promises) then do the opposite. Simply look at the ratings by their own employees

      Pros

      This company stays conscious of their employee talents and places individuals where they would fit best; Because of this, the company has an amazing dynamic and a great work environment. The benefits are endless. Blackhawk also does a lot of internal promotions and gives their agents all a chance to learn more about the different lines of business and to expand their knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced work environment and sometimes that comes with a head ache or two, so if you're looking for a job where you can be lazy and sit around for your pay, this job isn't for you.

      Good and fast growing company which I had worked with so far. Clear business model and lot of acquisition which makes company grow.

      Cons

      People are working long hours makes you to work long hours. Getting less time to spend time with family.
