Pros

This internship is very much only useful as a resume filler for high school students or college freshman looking for an unpaid internship.

Cons

Internship is set up to seem like it is very prestigious but the tasks themselves are all grunt work. Half the interns are working on efforts to gain more unpaid interns for the company while the other half is mass emailing CEOs in order for them to pay for guidance and management.

- Good work environment (team-oriented, small team, good communication flow) - Very good, structured training!! --> Supvervisors took a lot of time to explain and review - It is a fast-paced environment, so you will learn a lot in a short time. --> I obtained deep knowledge of HR tasks

Cons

- No financial motivation (but I was aware of it)
