Thank you for your feedback. Want to hear what the former President of Pepsi says about Blackmore and their business model? Go to the following YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsepnBlPT5U The unpaid aspect of the internship is addressed several times before an interview is scheduled to ensure that applicants are willing and able to make this commitment. Thank you for your feedback, it is clear that you applied yourself to this very valuable internship that gave you practical skill needed to be employable. Our program was modeled after "Junior Achievement. You get out of it what you pout in. If you got nothing out of it, likely you did not apply yourself. Since 2005, we estimate over 300 interns have gone through the program. The internship is a "training program" with clear and measurable written outcomes to develop those who cannot get a job in todays market. Blackmore is only for those who want to cannot get a paid position because they lack training and experience. Those that complete the program gain measurable, repeatable skills valued by employers. Consider you were scammed by your college. After four years of college you were not employable, they took your money and did not deliver. In six months at Blackmore you build professional and communication skills that employers value and will pay you to come aboard. Also we are hiring: http://www.glassdoor.com/job-listing/ma-advisory-internship-private-equity-unpaid-6-month-JV_IC1128808_KO0,52_IE308034.htm?jl=1355930690&paoIdKey=MA==

Pros

Blackmore Partners is great place for people to start their business career. For most recent graduates, it is very hard for them to get a job. You can learn the business communication and behavior here, such as how to talk and email people professionally.

Cons

It is an Unpaid internship.

Pros

Internship program provides opportunity to learn about transactions and is particularly helpful to people new in this field. Potential networking opportunities in industry.

Cons

Interns are not paid (this is a con but the company is very upfront about this at the time of interview or offer).
