Pros

This company is very much based on meritocracy. The CEO focuses on building relationships and deeply cares about his younger employees. If you are an innovative and competent employee you can do well here.

Cons

The company was just getting started when I arrived, so there is definitely a lack of job security if you do not do extremely well.

Great Start-up Environment, Amazing Learning Experience

Pros

- You get to see all areas of a business from the ground up, it has taught me more than I could have ever imagined about how to run a successful business - Amazing team of people, spectacular to work with and such a family-like environment - Great, in-depth training program to make sure team is successful and has the knowledge to do job well, not a "sink or swim" but more nurturing environment - Great opportunity to pave own career path

Cons

- Communal office space (start-up) so can get distracting during working hours with other activities and/or projects you get pulled into - Small team, so if there isn't enough communication between people it can cause tension (luckily that doesn't happen often) - Not a 9-5, this isn't really a con but more of a "good to know": schedule is super flexible, but if you are looking for something like a traditional office environment with structured hours, this is not the place for you
